If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This date is determined by the shipping carrier's marked delivery date.

**Please note that all sale items, items discounted more than 25%, & international orders are final sale & will not be eligible for a return.

We offer free return labels for returns processed as store credit. For returns refunded to the original payment method, a $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it & process your return. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to show up on your bank statement.

These items are FINAL SALE & are not eligible for returns. If you receive your item & it is damaged or defective, please report this to us immediately upon delivery. See our damages & defects policy below for more information.

 

Damages & Defects

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order to qualify for a replacement. Please email us at booshbabyshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All tie on headwraps, pinwheels, barrettes, & clips are also final sale & are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
